Group hopes to save infants' lives in Mali with cellphones' help

The African nation of Mali is plagued by one of the world's highest rates of infant mortality. The nonprofit group Pesinet hopes to relieve some of the suffering by using cellphone technology to provide people in the country's capital with regular checkups and health insurance for a nominal fee.
