Lawmakers could reach compromise on FAA bill

Lawmakers in the House and Senate have not reached an agreement on the Federal Aviation Administration reauthorization bill and remain at odds over the bill's labor provision. However, some observers say they could reach a compromise that would involve dealing with union organization issues separately. If lawmakers reach a compromise, the legislation could pass this spring.
