New metal roof tops West Virginia town's public library

The Nitro Public Library in Nitro, W.Va., spent just over $15,000 to install a new metal roof to replace one that had been leaking. "I love it," said library manager Karen Boggess. "You can't really tell we've got a new roof, which says a lot. It matches real well with the existing brick."
