A recent study has shown that working mothers spend more time multitasking than do fathers and that they are more stressed out by it. "One of the first steps that women can take to manage stress is by examining and realigning expectations -- making them realistic and attainable," writes clinical psychologist Geoff Twitchell. Concentrating on the present and setting boundaries can also help, he writes.
