Training is key to curbing employee credit card skimming

The growing problem of identity theft by skimming made a big splash this year when law-enforcement officials busted a ring of thieves stealing credit card data from wealthy patrons at high-end New York City steakhouses. Management training, often offered by credit card companies, can go a long way toward thwarting this kind of employee theft, writes loss-prevention expert D.B. "Libby" Libhart.
