2 charged in alleged attempt to buy Lattice PLDs for Chinese military

The FBI has brought criminal charges against two men who they say were plotting to purchase programmable logic devices from Lattice Semiconductor for use in Chinese military hardware. The defendants were charged with export violations and attempted money laundering.
