Airlines adapt to smartphone frenzy

Smartphones are changing the travel industry, with travelers booking flights and checking in to hotel rooms on the mobile devices. Seven in 10 travelers this year carried a smartphone, and nearly all airlines are prioritizing additional mobile options for passengers, according to Tom Knierin of SITA.
