Cleveland port enhances Class I access via $4.5M rail loop

A $4.5 million rail loop at the Port of Cleveland enhanced the port's rail access to CSX and Norfolk Southern, which improves service for customers, said David Gutheil, the port's vice president of maritime logistics. "When you go to any port in the country, they have much better rail connectivity," Gutheil said. "We have now caught up."
