Minn. school nutrition professionals reduce sodium in school meals

While it's not yet required, school nutrition professionals at a Minnesota school say they are taking steps to limit sodium. For example, nutrition professionals are using low-sodium soup bases and spices and are working to satisfy students' needs while adhering to federal standards, food services supervisor Anj Wiire said.
