Taylor Swift's new album, "Red," has been at the top of the charts for five weeks running even as her record label, Big Machine, has barred it from several streaming music services, including Spotify and Rhapsody. The success confirms the experience of other popular artists who have spurned the services, and "it has a growing number of artists and record execs wondering if they should snub streaming services as well," writes Claire Atkinson.
