Time Warner Cable is looking to cut fees for less popular channels

Low-rated cable networks will have to forgo subscriber fees on Time Warner Cable if they still want to be carried under the company's newly formulated policy, a source says. AMC Networks' IFC and WE tv are among the channels being offered the "take-it-or-leave-it approach," writes Claire Atkinson, citing sources.
