Woman gets devastating health diagnosis, opens business

After a multiple sclerosis diagnosis derailed her career at the U.S. Postal Service, Regina Swartz had to find another way to support herself and her three children. She became a franchisee for Elements Therapeutic Massage and opened the brand's first Vancouver, Wash., studio. Swartz, who has a staff of 12, wants to open another location by the end of next year.
