Mass. gaming panel employees disclose personal ties

At least four employees of the Massachusetts Gaming Commission have personal or business ties to casino applicants, disclosures show. "The commission strongly encourages all employees to use an overabundance of caution in filing ethics disclosures," said commission spokeswoman Elaine Driscoll. Chairman Stephen Crosby recused himself from a vote over a land deal with Wynn Resorts due to a past partnership with the landowner.
