Nev. board files complaint over employee registration at Bally

The Nevada Gaming Control Board has filed a complaint against Bally Technologies for registering employees late. State law requires gaming companies to register employees with the board before they begin work. The board recommended a fine against Bally, which will have a chance to fight the complaint.
