Middle-school rigor meant to prepare future AP students

Memphis educators are working to better align middle- and high-school curriculum in hopes that an easier transition will encourage more Memphis City Schools students to attempt honors and AP courses. "It's an attempt to get students ready to look below the surface at an early age," said English teacher Joyce Pacente.
