Caterpillar staff will get low-cost prescriptions

A new health plan will see Caterpillar's 120,000 employees receive hefty discounts on their prescription medicines in exchange for the company steering workers towards pharmacies run by Wal-Mart and Walgreen. Workers will receive free basic prescriptions under the new deal, while the company will save 30% to 35% on the cost of generic-drug prescriptions.
