Champagne calls for the right glasses

Suitable stemware is necessary to make the most of the season's celebratory Champagne -- and it isn't a stemmed flute or flat coupe. Experts recommend decanting the bubbly into carafes and using tall, tulip-shaped glasses that allow drinkers to appreciate the drink's many subtle qualities. "The glass will affect how the bubbles enter your mouth," said Philippe Guillon of Riedel.
