Eight O'Clock Coffee is helping its customers learn how to use Facebook through a how-to video posted on its Web site. The partnership makes sense for the company because "coffee and computers go hand in hand," said Alisa Jacoby, Eight O'Clock's senior brand manager. The video shows how to set up a Facebook profile, search for friends and use the site's most popular features.
