JPMorgan reconsiders plans for London headquarters

JPMorgan Chase is reconsidering its plans to develop a £1.5 billion headquarters in London after UK Chancellor Alistair Darling announced a one-off tax on bankers' bonuses. Bankers see the tax as evidence that Britain is becoming increasingly anti-bank. JPMorgan CEO Jamie Dimon told Darling that the tax would unfairly penalise the US bank, a source said.
