New Mexico aviation industry on flight path to recovery

New Mexico's aviation industry hit some turbulence with the bankruptcy of Eclipse Aviation Corp., which emerged as a new company called Eclipse Aerospace LLC. "It was obviously a challenging year, but overall, the aviation sector seems to have weathered the economic storm," said Bill McMillan, co-founder of the New Mexico Aviation/Aerospace Association. Eclipse Aerospace, based in Albuquerque, employs 60 workers in New Mexico and Illinois.
