Obama orders review of watch list procedures

President Barack Obama is ordering security agencies to review terrorist watch lists after Umar Farouk Abdulmutallab, the suspect in Friday's bombing incident, was allowed to board a U.S.-bound plane despite known security concerns about him. In November, Abdulmutallab was added to a low-level watch list with 550,000 names, though that did not trigger a review of his visa status.
