Sexist attitudes prevail about women leaders

Women don't get promoted as often as men, not because they aren't assertive enough, but because they communicate differently and many men might feel defensive when their opinions are challenged by women, Tim Sackett writes. More female leaders can be brought on board by "diversity within the selection process, diversity with the succession process and diversity within the recruiting process," he writes.
