South Dakota moves to promote flex-fuel

South Dakota is set to issue grants to fuel stations to install pumps that dispense E10, E15 and E20 blends as part of the Department of Agriculture's Rural Energy for America Program. The funding program will run for five years and will pay up to $25,000 for the first pump installed. Farmers in the state are being encouraged to take part in the program and increase the demand of flex-fuel pumps as customers.
