Study: Most health execs undecided about participating in ACOs

Most senior health and insurance executives participating in a KPMG study expressed doubt that their groups will take part in the Medicare accountable care organization program. Of the more than 100 health care leaders and 40 insurance leaders surveyed, 57% said they remain unaware about how the final ACO rules will affect their group's participation in the shared savings program.
