Wis. lawmakers to reconsider use of restraint, seclusion in schools

Wisconsin lawmakers are set to consider a proposal limiting the use of restraint and seclusion of students in the state's public schools, a practice that is often used with students who have special needs. The proposal is scheduled to be heard Jan. 11, and unlike a similar bill that failed in 2010, it is expected to garner bipartisan support.
