Bash Gaming worked out its Bingo Bash app in Canada before launching in the U.S., but the strategy backfired a bit as envious Americans discovered an Android version was available first in Canada. Nintendo released Wii Mini as a Canadian-only version as well, proving that companies large and small are in on the trend.
