Former king of chocolate in Canada eyes comeback

Bernard Callebaut, who founded Chocolaterie Bernard Callebaut decades ago but lost the company shortly after the recession hit, started over in 2010 with the Papa Chocolat brand. Barred from using his name or any of his old recipes, Callebaut says he'll build the business with new recipes and a focus on quality.
