Gen. Norman Schwarzkopf, Gulf War commander, dies at age 78

Gen. Norman Schwarzkopf, regarded by some as one of the greatest military leaders of his generation, died Thursday in Tampa, Fla., of complications from pneumonia. "Stormin' Norman" served two tours in Vietnam, led the U.S. invasion of Grenada and led U.S. forces in the 1991 Persian Gulf War.
