Ohio district considers limits on meal charges

Officials in an Ohio school district are considering a policy that would limit the number of meals students can charge. Under the proposal, students could charge between one and three meals depending on their grade, and adults and school staff would be prohibited from charging meals. Officials say a new policy is needed to curb the district's school-meal debt, which reached $8,000 in October.
