Dispute over milk labeling settled

Hormone manufacturer Monsanto and Oakhurst Dairy settled a lawsuit Monsanto filed last summer over allegations that Oakhurst's public pledge not to use hormones implied Monsanto's hormones were somehow bad. The settlement calls for Oakhurst to change the wording of the "no artificial growth hormone" pledge on its milk cartons.
