Kimpton COO: Hotels need to progress with new attitudes

Hotels are best advised not to follow fads but to pay attention to what customers really want, which is style, said Kimpton Hotels COO Niki Leondakis, the keynote speaker at the International Society of Hospitality Consultants' annual convention. Leondakis stressed the importance of hotels in reinventing themselves and getting clues by talking to guests.
