Baltimore anxious for additional early education funds

President-elect Barack Obama's pledge of $10 billion in new early education funding might eventually allow Baltimore, Md., to enroll all children in pre-kindergarten -- a move that would increase their success in later grades. Because of income restrictions, only 4,200 of the city's 6,500 4-year-olds are currently enrolled.
