More Florida parents claim special education vouchers

Two Florida programs that fund private-school tuition for children with disabilities and those from low-income families have increased 21% and 65%, respectively, in the two years since the state stopped offering tuition vouchers. About 42,000 students participate at a cost to the state of about $205 million.
