Texas teachers start blogs to reach students

Some Texas educators have started communicating with their students via blogs and say that students are responding. "A lot of teachers don't realize how many ways they can use blogging," said Julie Holland, a Texas district's instructional technology coordinator. "Teenagers now have become so expressive with blogs that they're really open to teachers who let them use that."
