A study in the Harvard Business Review cites Apple leader Steve Jobs as the best corporate leader of 2009. The authors point to Apple's market value jumping by $150 billion as just one reason for his winning the title. Other CEOs listed in the top five are Samsung's Yung Jong-Yong, Gazprom's Alexey B. Miller, Cisco's John Chambers and Reliance Industries' Mukesh D. Ambani. Google CEO Eric Schmidt didn't fare as well, taking ninth place on the list.
