TSCA reform prompts industry to negotiate more with advocacy groups

Chemical sector trade groups are seeking to hold more discussions with green and health advocacy organizations as moves to reform the Toxic Substances Control Act draw near. Though there is widespread agreement on the need for policy revisions, there are concerns that should be addressed before a bill is unveiled, the American Chemistry Council's Mike Walls said.
