USDA program aims to simplify foods' nutritional values

The Department of Agriculture is rolling out a pilot program that will rate the nutritional value of groceries in an effort to spur shoppers to make better eating choices. The "Health Initiatives Program" will allow states to apply for $20 million in grants to try programs that will get residents to eat more fruits and vegetables.
