Moms are plugged-in, socially savvy consumers and use mobile devices to hunt for bargains at rates far in excess of the general population, according to a BabyCenter U.S. survey. Though constantly short of time, moms use their smartphones to find coupons and deals, price-check rival stores and alternative products, and brag about their savings to their friends. "Marketers take note: this isn't just about moms. What they're doing today, every consumer will be doing tomorrow," writes Tina Sharkey.
