U.S consumer confidence dips again

U.S. consumer confidence dropped to its lowest level since July in the week ending Dec. 24, falling to minus 47.5, according to the Bloomberg Consumer Confidence Index. Analysts said a stalled real estate market, persistently high unemployment rate and broader worries for the economy continue to plague consumers’ minds, and are likely to do so well into 2012.
