Fish consumption reduces stroke risk

A study appearing in an upcoming issue of the Journal of the American Medical Association finds that men who ate 3 to 5 ounces of fish between one and three times a month reduced their stroke risk by up to 43%. The effects of small fish consumption in women are unknown, as the study only targeted men.
