Some frequent fliers oppose lifting cell phone ban

The Federal Communications Commission is considering lifting the ban on cell phone use on board commercial aircraft. The agency is now taking public comments on the issue. Technology may be so advanced that cell phones pose no safety threats, but BusinessWeek reports that some business travelers, who see their cell phone-free time in flight as a blessing, are not in favor of lifting the ban.
