Aspiring teen journalist sneaks off to Iraq

After he chose the Iraq war as a subject for next semester's journalism class at his private Fort Lauderdale high school, 16-year-old Farris Hassan flew to Baghdad -- without his parents' knowledge -- to practice his own style of "immersion journalism." Associated Press officials alerted the U.S. Embassy when the teenager walked into their war zone office on his second day in the country to volunteer his help.
