Molecular cooking "not just laboratory experiments by bored chefs"

Daniel Pekkar is this year's Spanish champion of molecular cooking and has been invited to join forces with chef Ferran Adria of El Bulli restaurant. In February, the native Israeli will return to Israel to prepare molecular meals at Arcadia in Jerusalem, Catit in Tel Aviv and at the home of cookbook author Elinoar Rabin, where the meal will go to the needy.
