Afterschool homework club held at Virginia apartment complex

A retired elementary school principal has organized an afterschool homework club from a Leesburg, Va., apartment complex for students to attend while they wait for their parents to come home from work. Although the club is independent of the school, some Ball's Bluff Elementary School teachers have volunteered for the program, helping students complete their homework assignments.
