Employees say Joystar has been forced to reduce staff

California-based Joystar has reportedly been left with no more than five employees as it has been forced to reduce its staff. The company owes travel agents substantial sums in unpaid commissions, possibly more than $450,000. Joystar has recently reassured employees that it will be able to pay its debts if it gets new investors or when it finishes restructuring.
