PepsiCo joint venture buys Egyptian beverage company

A PepsiCo joint venture has purchased an Egyptian maker of dairy and juice products in a deal that will expand its snack and beverage lines in that country. The purchase of International Company for Agro-Industrial Projects, also known as Beyti, was done through the International Dairy and Juice joint venture with Saudi Arabian dairy company Almarai.
