FCC sets up new in-flight Internet licensing policy

The Federal Communications Commission has adopted updated rules governing in-flight Internet usage and the granting of in-flight Internet licenses to airlines and Internet providers. The rules are expected to make it easier to receive Federal Aviation Administration approval, which is also required.
