IATA calls for PreCheck-like programs to address global traffic

The International Air Transport Association has called for airlines across the globe to set up pre-screening programs to help alleviate the pressure from a projected increase in global aviation traffic. In the U.S., the Transportation Security Administration has already begun operating the PreCheck program.
