U.S. oil imports declined for 20th straight month

U.S. oil imports in October marked the 20th consecutive month of decline, the Energy Information Administration said in a report. An average of 7.475 million barrels per day were imported, which is 7.8% lower than the same period last year. Imports from Canada averaged 2.622 million barrels per day, a 17% gain from a year ago.
