Study: Many older adults have brain disease

A new study found most older adults have brain disease, even without clinically evident dementia, and many people have more than one type of pathology in their brain causing the impairment. Researchers said preventing Alzheimer's, stroke and conditions that contribute to stroke could significantly reduce the prevalence of dementia.
